We tried the experimenter to test the various numbers of AGVs, we replicate 30 times, but the experimental results did not seem to be very random? We ran the model ten times seemed more random than experimenter , This is not what we expected.

Is your model deterministic or are there random variates in it?
Does it repeat if you reset and run the model manually?
The fact that you have 'blocks' of 8 replications with exactly the same result makes me suspicious. That sounds like all replications that started at the same time are giving the same result. Are you manually initializing any random streams?
