How can I calculate cycle time of each type of item?

Hello, I need to calculate the cycle time of the 2 types of objects that I have in my model, I have tried in all ways and it does not work, I would like to do it without ProcessFlow, thanks

What exactly are you asking for? Are you looking for the average cycle time by type? In that case the standard "Staytime by Type" dashboard widget will provide you with that (for THIS configuration where a processor can´t be blocked).
