How to track AGV Empty Travel and Loaded Travel Distances Seperately?

Hello Everyone,

What percentage of the total distance on the distance chart did the AGV go when empty? I could only figure how much time the AGV was used for empty travel from the AGV utilization pie chart.

I also came across a question which is similar to my issue (below), however the model in this case was showing the errors while opening the file.

Is there any way to track the AGV Empty Travel Distance and AGV Loaded Travel Distance Seperately?

Can somebody help me? Any sugesstions?

Here's a conceptual model. In this model, I added two labels on the agv: empty distance and loaded distance. And I am updating these labels every time when the agv finishes an empty travel and a loaded travel.

The general concept in the attached model is the same as in Arun's comment. I use a Statistics Collector that reacts to state changes of the AGVs in the respective group. Depending on whether the previous state was a loaded travel or and empty travel, it then updates the corresponding column in the AGV's row. The previous travel distances are stored in an array label on the collector.

The values only update whenever the AGV switches out of a travel state and not continuously. If that would be important I can see if I can come up with an improvement.
