How do i get more than 1 operator to transfer goods to the same rack?

1.Line 7 ，set 1 to 2. This is one of many methods.
2.Chek your link. Operator can be regard as dispatcher.
For No.1 would it be possible for me to use the method "First slot with space" instead?
Of course , set j=2 in line8.
There is another way ,but i don't remember v20 have the Dimensions setting. I use v23.
