In which step was this ListOperators group defined ? In the 19.0 tutorial there are instructions to create a ListOperators group, but the instructions to create this group have disappeared in the 23.0 tutorial.

Could you please rebuild this tutorial in 23.0 to correct everything in the instructions and ensure that our users don't fail it ?
