License disconnection post FlexSim 23

Hi,

I updated to FlexSim 23.0.2 at the start of this week and have noticed that my license information needs to be reentered almost every time I open any model.

We are using floating licenses on a local license server. Please let me know if more information is needed.

Any FlexSim preferences you change while using the software, including your license server information, are saved upon successfully closing the software.

If you are entering your license information, then using FlexSim, and in your model development FlexSim crashes or otherwise exits abnormally, your preferences will not have been saved, so the next time you open the software you would need to enter your license information once again.

The solution is to start FlexSim, enter and apply your license information, then close FlexSim. Closing FlexSim will save off your preferences. Thereafter whenever you start FlexSim it should properly read in your saved license settings.
