If there are multiple back orders on a list, which one gets executed first? Is it FIFO and is there a way to order which back orders gets fulfilled first?
I am trying to fulfill the last back order first.

By default it's FIFO, but you can configure other behaviours inside the properies of the list, in the field named "Back Order Queue Strategy"

For example, if the pullers are tokens, you can add a field to the list that evaluates their "entryTime" statistic and order the backorders based on that in descending order.
