Changing Flow Item on Mass Flow Conveyor

I'd like to edit the diameter of the cylinders on my Mass Flow Conveyor (MFC) and swap the cylinder to the the customer's product model for visualizations. I found documentation about the "Mass Flow Conveyor Tab" which has the options I'm looking for.

However... I can't figure out how to get to this tab. I've checked everywhere I could think of in your documentation and software.

The documentation you linked to is for an older version (20.1).

You can add additional Mass Flow Units in the toolbox. This option pulls shapes from the items in the flow item bin, so if you want to use a custom shape, you would first create a new item there.

You then choose the flow unit for each conveyor it its properties.
