Transporter going through Pallets

I am simulating a warehouse where certain pallets must be placed in their designated areas. Transporters are used to transport the pallets to their destination.


My question is, how can I stop the transporters from driving on top of already placed pallets as shown in the screen shot below?

Additionally, there are forklift lanes designated for the transporters to follow. When simulating the transporters decide to cut through the whole floor storage to its final destination even after putting in perefered paths or mandatory paths as shown in the screenshot below. Is this because I am not utilizing those tools properly or some relational issue in the transporters actions?

I have setup A*Navigator and identified the transporter as a member.

Any help would be appreciated!!

@Tahsin, you find a video ”dev talk” about building a kiva system. Therein Anthony Johnson describes how you can set up a floor storage and an A*Star map to prevent AGVs to run into already placed items. Try it to use his recommendations to build your warehouse.
