I'm trying to simulate a plastic cup process. First, raw material will be delivered from warehouse to Sheet Extruder for processing Sheet PET. Next, the Sheet PET will be delivered to Multi-Station Thermoforming Machine for the next processing.
The Multi-Station Thermoforming Machine include 4 main stations, I can describe below:
Step1: The operator will place Sheet PET at sheet feeding
Step 2: The sheet come to heating system for heating process
Step 3: The heating product come to Forming station ( Forming speed: 30 times/ minute)
Step 4. The forming products come to Punching station for punching hole
Step 5: The punching products come to Cutting station for cutting the edge
Step 6: Final the cutting products enter Stacking station for stacking. This is the output
All semi-products come to the next station by conveying system.
I don't know how to simulate The Multi-Station Thermoforming Machine for exactly. Please help me ! I have lost
