Your parameters are set to change the "Pull" property of the objects. Since this is a binary setting (non-zero - on/zero - off) changing the value between 1 and 10 won't change anything about the model behaviour. I guess you should change to "MaxContent" instead, if that is what you want to control.
Furthermore Parameter1 is set to 1 for both scenarios, so I don't know how you were expecting different results to begin with.
