Show inventory at startup and feed during production?

I have a value stream where a backshop produces a few different parts that are used downstream in assembly. What I want to be able to do is have a certain amount of inventory immediately ready at startup for the assembly line, but have the backshop feed this inventory for future production. I need to show this in ProcessFlow. What is the best way to do this?

Hi @Griffin Burwell,

In the attached model I used a scheduled source that creates tokens representing the initial inventory. I use a parameters table to easily control the starting amount for each type of item. I then create these objects in a queue, and change their color to make it easier to differentiate the item types. If this inventory is going to be pulled later I would suggest pushing the items to a list to make them available for other operations to pull them from the inventory.
