How can I make the Source in processFlow wait for Group("table a") to have 3 people enter before starting to work?

You can accomplish this by using the "Batch" activity in process flow. Your event triggered source can remain the same while the batch specifies how to many tokens to wait for before continuing the process flow.
You can also specify how many tokens are released after the batch. In this case, one token is released to acquire the task executer resource for that table.
