What is the best approach to test single worker vs multiple work kitchen?

I want to test the following methodologies:
1. A single individual prepares the entire pizza
2. Multiple individuals are present with each person handling different tasks
3. Utilizing a mix of the two based on workload

What is the best approach to do so? is it by people feature? agent-based? is there any sample work I can learn from?
