I am simulating a part of a large Emergency Department (ED) with the ESI method, and currently I am simulating one day of this patient flow. In my model, healthcare model, i have three different patient flows. 1 patient in level 1 goes directly to Resuscitation and we have 32 patients in level 2, after Triage, 5 people go to the Resuscitation room and 27 people go to the Acute room. We have 25 patients at level 3, after triage, 21 patients go to Fast Track (FT) and 4 patients go to the acute area. We have 3 patients at level 4 who go to Fast Track, and we have 4 patients at level 5, which 2 patients go to Fast Track and 2 patients leave the Emergency Department without seeing a doctor.
In file 01, the flow of patients does not work properly from 7 am onwards. In file 02, it gives an error from 9:00 am onwards and the patient flow does not work properly. I do not know what is the problem? Also, in file 02, I cannot solve the PCI3 problem. Thank you for helping me to solve the patient flow problems in this simulation. I am attaching files 01 and 02.
