Difference between running a model with or without GUI ?

Hi !
I am building a tool where various simulations can be triggered so I used the answers from this question to make it work from the command line, and it does beautifully. Thank you @Ben Wilson for the answer.

My question is, if there is any difference for the simulation running with or without opening FlexSim, concerning People, A* navigation or the Agent Systems for instance?

There should not be - but there can be if you've broken any rules about what's acceptable to put in onPredraw/onDraw triggers or have not updated locations correctly at the end of kinematics.
