Interface display error in FlexSim

Hi Team.

FlexSim is experiencing display problems. I have already installed Drivers, updated everything necessary, other recommendations given in this post, and still, it has not worked for me. The characteristics of the computer are:

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (13.9 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64 processor

Windows 11 Home Edition

Version 22H2

OS Build 22621.2428

Serial Number PF3BJHBA

Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22674.1000.0

Hey @Henry Paipa, that's strange behavior I haven't seen before. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling FlexSim?

News report: It only works in versions prior to 23.0, in the image you can see that version 22.2.4 works.

@Henry Paipa, in addition to the suggestions you already tried in the graphics post, you might want to try the suggestions in our article covering installation or startup issues.

Thank you for your support. Solution number "5. Delete FlexSim's saved settings" worked for me. Thanks for your help. Mr. @Ben Wilson and Mr. @Kavika F
