How to change the rotation of my item?

I would like to know if it is possible to change the rotation of my item when it reaches the conveyor belt. In this case, I would like the product to arrive on the conveyor belt already rotated

This is how the product is coming on the conveyor belt.

And I would like the item to come this way on the conveyor belt.

You add a photo eye object at the start: On an event like on cover you change a rotation by a picklist option from keyword movement by a trigger or event driven process flow activity.

Probably much faster is it to change the Entry Orientation in Entry Transfer object properties:

I'd definitely recommend to change the Entry Orientation on the transfer.

Changing the rotation of the item in a Decision Point trigger will change the orientation visually, however the bevahiour on the conveyor (distance to next item, Photo Eye cover/clear timing) will still act as through the item was in the original orientation.

@Joerg Vogel @Felix Möhlmann

I understood the part about adding the photographic object to place it on my conveyor belt. However, I'm not sure if my version of FlexSim is outdated because the parameters in my FlexSim are different from the image that @Joerg Vogel provided me.

Can you take a screenshot of the entire screen for me to have a better understanding?

Joerg posted a picture of the entry transfer properties. Furthermore we recommend not using a photoeye for the reasons Felix mentions.

@Jason Lightfoot I clicked on my input object, but for me, the properties look different. Can you help me find where to go to have the interface shown in the image by @Joerg Vogel ?
