How to create Tank sequencing?

Hi all,

I am doing one model I have got a one query regarding my model. Condition is Mixer needs to fill the liquid as per the sequencing order. like A then B then C then D like that. If B tank is Empty then mixer needs to wait while Filling the tank then after receive required percentage of the liquid to the mixer. Then only switch the Next tank. Never change the sequencing order. If C tank don't have a liquid then Wait the process upto filling the tank C.

I hope that you will understand the above case . please solve the sequencing order query.

You need to associate the ingredients with a step in the process - you only have 1 step. It should look something like this:
