Operator is stuck while state is "travel loaded"

I have an issue with an operator just being stuck while travelling and its state is just travel loaded / travel empty. This happens time while I have even tried to disable A* navigation and delete and reinput the operator. Not sure if its a bug issue.

I'm afraid a single screenshot isn't enough to go on in this case. Can you upload your model (or a stripped down version that only contains the necessary objects to see the issue)?

I found two issues in the attached model.

- In the message triggers of the queues, you are trying to create items that do not exist in the FlowItemBin (index 14). I guess you didn't add some custom item to the example model (?)

- The rack slots are not large enough for the default boxes that are created by the source, so no slot is assigned when the item is supposed to be unloaded and the operator becomes stuck.

Oh yes. I did have a custom item on the simulation which is much smaller than the current boxes. If that wasnt the case, will the operators still be in offset travel loaded?

No, if a smaller flow item is used (or the slots sizes are adjusted) the example model you uploaded runs without any issues. It must be something else that is causing the problem in your main model.

At what time does the issue occur. I see in your screenshot that the 'stuck' operator has not yet travelled any distance. Does this happen as soon as the operator receives the first task? If so, you should investigate if everything is set up correctly for that task (destination, item reference, ...)

Hi Felix,

I found out the issue and it got to do with the A star navigation with some configuration errors and it has rectified. Thanks for all your help :)
