Dashboard and Graph for distance and time travelled

Greetings Everyone,

Thank you for being a great support!

Question 1)I want to learn how i can record the distance and lead time it took for one part from source to sink.

Question 2)how do i show in form of dashboard

I've attached my model, kindly request to guide me with proper screen shots or please edit my model attached so i can get thorough understanding

To record read time : You can use Zone and Wait for Event activity in Process Flow to recored all lead time sinc Source has create flow item until entry at Sink.

To record distance : You maight use some Task Executer to transport flow item between any station for measures a distance.
