Gantt Chart Table View Shows Wrong Time Stamp

I traced the states of one of the processors in my model, and I found a strange record as shown below.

At time 3/10/2024 1:56:11 AM, it started "Processing". However, the end time of the state showed 3/10/2024 at 1:00:45 AM, about an hour ago. Since then, all subsequent state times seem losing an hour. I don't understand what is going on. Anyone can explain why and how to fix it?

BTW, I use V24.0.2 The question editor/request page doesn't show my version, so I selected the latest one from the list. V24.0.1.

Hi @Sung K2,

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.

If your model contains sensitive information, you could first toggle your post as private using the "make private" option under your question's "gear" menu. Private questions are visible only to site moderators. You can also contact your local FlexSim distributor for phone or email help.

Looking at the time and date this happens at makes me relatively certain that it's an issue with daylight saving time and the time conversion based on the local OS settings. I get the same effect on the night of 31 march 2024 (when DST starts in Germany). I noticed two more things:

- The time corrects one hour later.

- This does not happen when going from DST to normal time.

For DST->normal time the change happens by going back one hour from 2AM to 1AM. The other way by going forward from 2AM to 3AM. This suggests that Flexsim 'compensates' for the change in order to have a linear time line. However, this seems to happen one hour too early when changing to DST.

Felix, Thanks for checking this matter!

I agree with you that it is related the daylight saving. When I changed the start time avoiding the time change, it recorded correctly.

My question is answered.

Thanks!

Sung
