Tracing Minimum Stock level of an SKU using Optquest.

Hi FlexSim Community,
I am using optquest for the first time to trace the minimum stock level of my SKU using optquest. Please guide me in the proper way to achieve my goal. The minimum stock velocity of my SKU is 10 per day.

Thanks inadvance.

OptQuest is a tool to test several simulation runs to find a setup of parameters to realize a desired goal.

If you want to record just a level of a variable or statistical value, you do this in your experimenter. @Sri_vikas K, what do want to achieve?

Hey @Joerg Vogel

I have data, that the stock velocity of the SKU is 10 units per day. I wanted to run the experimentor giving different values of stock velocities to check the minimum stock level of SKU(minimum content the SKU should have for production). How should I do it with experimentor.

Set up scenarios in an experiment job where you adjust the Parameter for each one to make it unique. You can create range-based jobs too if that suits your values better.

Here is an example to create items by parameter value in Process Flow. A second really simple process keeps this model running at least for 3600 s. Otherwise it will end, when last item enters sink. ProcessFlow_create_item_velocity.fsm

It uses the experimenter and performance measure variable.
