Need assistance to configure Combiner(Bundler machine) for bottling line

Hello team, Accumulation Study- Bundler study 3.4.24.fsm

I need assistance to configure the combiner which should act as a over wrap bundler machine being use to pack bottle in pack of 3 or pack of 2 depending on requirements for different batch on bottling line.

Scenario is, Two lanes are sending bottles of two or three rows to the over wrap bundler. Bundler should process 360 bottles per min. once bundle of three or two bottles wrapped it becomes one entity and travels towards downstream, rotates to 90 degree and should conveyed to case packer. In this model I have use sink instead of Case packer.

You can use two combiners in pack mode to get the desired effect (model attached).

You'd probably want to coordinate the entry or release of bottles across the pair of machines to better reflect a single machine.

Quick question, how did you get pair of three bottles correctly from Combiner machine?

This is what I get from combiner even thought our packaging method is same. I would like to get same as yours.

Also, How I can fix merging conveyor? It should be conveyed in the center of conveyor.

The first issue is just the entry transfer orientation:

Make 'A' connections to the final conveyor rather than using inline transfers to get the items centered.

I got it. Leaned something new today.

As you mentioned that, I should coordinate the entry at Combiner. Let me work on that. Will let you know if I need you help again.
