Flexsim Web Server shows failed to start instance on the server, how can I solved this problem

Do you have FlexSim installed on the server? Is the configuration file set up correctly?

Yes, the computer with web server has ver.23 & ver.24. But how to know if the configuration file was setup correctly or not?
