Whenever I try to install FlexSim in my system, it always says, "Unable to install as a newer version is already installed," but the interesting part over here is that I haven't used or installed FlexSim ever before in this system.
Probably some software component is already on your system.
On the download page you can download a .msi installer. Please try installing FlexSim using the .msi and comment back with the results. Good luck!
Perfect, installing using .msi solved the issue, each students from our class was facing the same issue, and nobody knew the solution, thus everyone was shifting to the other similar softwares, thank you so much for solving the issue, I will know pass on your instructions to my other classmates.
