Picking item from a Rack

Hi, I want to pick item from rack from its "pick face" and put item in rack from other side "place face". I have AGV path set up on both sides of the rack. I want to ensure that picking from rack is happening at one side (Aisle 1) and placing in rack is happening through other side (Aisle 2).

Have you used a gravity flow rack ( which works as you described) ? Can you upload your model if it's not working for us to take a look?
