Problem about power and free in conveyor

demo.gif

In the GIF, you can see that when the feeder boxA enters the main line, if the main line happens to have a boxB, then boxA will seize boxB's cell and drive boxB to the next cell.

The animation doesn't match reality,How to solve it?

Besides, due to the particularity of the simulated system, the conveyor must be checked for accumulation.

@CSN, is there not a recommendation, that you join conveyors up to an angle of 45 degree? Especially this situation is excluded and does not work properly!

t makes no difference - an entering item can still block/push back an item already on the main dog conveyor.

Here's a simple model showing how you can control the entry to the power and free conveyor:

Thank you very much for your answer.

Although these PE solve the problem of animation, they will cause some grids that can receive boxes to be unable to place boxes, and many Spaces will appear during long-term operation:

Okay then you need to create far more sophisticated logic, as you would with the real system.
