objets axes not appearing

hello
i have this issue when i cant rotate or change the size of objects from the 3D model
i could do it before but since now, the axes are not apearing

you can find an example model in the description

thank you for your answer, i followed your instructions but the the box was checked

i just got the info that i can use the touch G and it makes the axes appear again,i must of touched it sometime, its working perfectly now
