Stable pallet algorithm - case sorting - mixed pallet

Hello guys,

Has anyone implemented a 3D bin packing algorithm in Flexsim ? I want to simulate a case sorter where I have source pallets with the same SKU and I want to sort to different consolidation pallets (the gray ones). The ideea is to find a solution to bring as less source pallets from the warehouse to the sorter. That means that the orders have to be split onto a certain number of final pallets that will have a height and a weight limit. Also the sku's need to be arranged in layers. The sku's are carton boxes with different height, width,length and weight. Any ideea ? Thank you so much.
