No, the only way to enter a Zone is by sending a token to the Enter Zone activity. That token can cause a different token to enter the Zone instead of itself (see https://docs.flexsim.com/en/24.1/Reference/ProcessFlowObjects/SharedAssets/EnterZone/EnterZone.html, "Enter For"), but that option is rarely used.
