I have two trunk lines that feed auto truck-loading conveyors. The trunk lines come in from the north. Pallets in groups of two from the same trunk line stop and move together to move to the east and load the truck.
I currently have queues below the conveyors that group the pallets into a 'bundle' of two before being released to the left. Sometimes the green pallets flow over the purple staged pallets. This cannot happen in real life.
Any better ideas of how to do this? Pallets also need to sometimes bypass this queue to continue down the trunk line (this can be random or round robin) .
