Please do not post duplicate questions. I posted a comment on your previous question around an hour ago, giving some insight on what might be the issue.
Which is really all anyone can do without access to your model. So if possible, please attach it to your post.
It would not be appropriate for me to send the model at this time. I prepared the model for my thesis and it is a student license. Thanks for your previous answer. However, despite applying what you said, the error continued in the same way.
Also, is it illegal to ask the same question?
You can make the post private, so only FlexSim US staff who are, I believe, under a general NDA can see the post.
It's not "illegal" to ask the same question twice, but it indirectly violates the first rule from the best practices and is generally frowned upon.
Also keep in mind that this is first and foremost a community forum. Yes, the developers and people who work with FlexSim like myself frequent this forum. But there is no guarantee that your question will get answered within a certain timeframe.
And the point still stands, that without seeing the model directly or getting a lot more context about when/where/how the model stops functioning, the best anyone will be able to do is link you to a general guide of how to debug crashes in FlexSim.
