Objects are not populating Dashboards correctly

Hi everyone!

I found this and found it a good example: https://answers.flexsim.com/articles/141984/picked-order-consolidation.html

The last reply to the thread was quite a long time ago, so I can only turn to here..

I am trying to create a dashboard while using it as reference, however, the objects are not populating the dashboards correctly.

Here is my current file: conveyor-routing-order-consolidation_1.fsm

The charts I am trying to create:

Output by Hour

Total Output

State Gantt

Interval

It would be great if anyone could help take a look and give it a go!

FlexSim 24.1.0

Your attached model only contains a single chart with no objects linked to it. Can you provide some more information about the statistics you want to track? Whose output/state and what interval do you want to show?

Hi! Thank you for the reply :)

For the statistics, I am trying to track the output per hour for each operator.

In another chart, I want to track the total output of the system as we run it.

The state gantt and interval is just how long each order is fulfilled or their work history over time.

I am not seeing any issues when adding charts to the model. I added output per hour charts for the operators (individual and sum), the output (input) of the sink, a state gantt for the operators and I measure the fulfillment time as the composite staytime of tokens between their creation and the sink in the Process Flow.

Thank you for helping! Is there a reason why there are no lines or bars for these two when I run the simulation?

The simulation must run for an hour before the first data points will appear.

If you use the Output/Hour chart which shows the average output per hour over the entire run time, you will see values right away.
