Routing items based on label

Hello,

I want to send a patient to one of the five different locations based on their label that was defined as an empirical distribution. the label values are string (e.g., discharge, admit, etc).

In a Decide Module, I tried to use "Conditional Decide" but there are only two routing options (True, false).Which optioning a Decide module should I use to send patients to one of the multiple locations based on their string label?

A connector can be assigned a name. You highlight a connector and you add a name in quick properties. If your name is identical to your label value, you choose option token.label a decision activity.

You can use 'Connecrtor By Case' replacing with 'Conditional Decide'.
