How to properly set Excel range copy to global table

When I select a range of cells in Excel and copy and paste into a global table, values with commas become values without commas.

Please tell me how to avoid this.I want to paste the data with the commas still included.

I have confirmed that it is possible to import correctly using the Excel import function, but since it is not possible to import correctly because Excel uses cell merging, I would like to deal with this by copying and pasting by specifying a range.

Thanks in advance.

Import of excel Data is restricted to strings or numbers. Perhaps you must only tell an import condition to import this cell values as a string. Then you can convert the string into a structure of an array in FlexSim.

@Joerg Vogel ,

Thank you for your reply.

I forgot to mention in my post that I do allocate strings in advance in the global table. However, this does not improve the situation.

@Ryusuke T it is an option you can change in import settings in FlexSim. I attach examples. But maybe they don't work in your localization:

excel-import-string.jpg

OneCell.xlsx

import_text_excel.fsm

Please adjust directory paths after downloading the files.

@Joerg Vogel ,

I have confirmed that the values can be reflected correctly using the import function. As I mentioned in my post, in this case I cannot use the import function, so I would like to deal with it by copying and pasting.
