I want to create a new custom tab option in property window(like Input, ports or output), and i want that this option appears by default like the others. it is possible?.

There's no standard way to modify the current properties.
A possible alternative would be to use the "Model Input" for Dashboards to code a custom command.
With these you can add different tools and visual aids in order to customize parts of your model.
