How can I simulate a route train in FlexSim, where I have 3 wagons and one leading vehicle. Each wagon should load 2 pallets and unload the items at seperate workiing stations.

Best suited for this would be the AGV network, because it allows you to attach objects as trailers. On a basic level, you could create a number of "trailer" items at the start of the model and attach them to the Task Executer. Then also add code to its On Entry trigger that places entering items into the next trailer with space.
This does have one downside. The items are not subnodes of the TE at that point, so they do not count as "content" and the TE's state will always be "travel empty".
In the attached model I use the AGV Process Flow template to control the transport. By customizing it our building your own Process Flow you can achieve more detailed control if necessary.
