How to bring up the GUI window or dashboard window in full-screen mode?

When switching to full-screen mode, all GUI windows and dashboards disappear. How can I bring these windows back?

Software Version:

FlexSim 22.2.4

In full screen mode, only the model window is displayed. You can't have the dashboard window opened with the model window in full screen mode.
