How to dynamically redirect the transporter in network node

We need to dynamically change the route of the transporter in the network node, if the path is blocked by other transporter. For example, if the transporter X need to move from point A to point B, but the path is blocked by other transporter Y, then we need to dynamically re-route the transporter X to destination using a bypass lane. The bypass lane cannot be used by all transporters, restriction applies to specific transporter to use bypass lane, in that case the transporter needs to wait behind until the path is cleared. The gap between the transporters are fixed which is 20ft.

We used network nodes in the previous model, so any solution using network nodes would be really helpful. If not we are open to adopt AStar or AGV to achieve the end goal of maintaining a specific gap between transporters and to allow specific transporter to use bypass lane when the path is blocked.

Attached sample model for your reference.

It seems like you're trying to solve this locally using agent/agv logic, while you might be better using control logic for each aisle to govern the entry limit and any rerouting that's required.
