Control Items conveyor

Hello

I want to control the quantity of items in the conveyor. I saw some tutorials where it was in the trigger (area restriction - enter area), but I don't see this option in version 2025. What is the best way to do it now?

I'm trying a photo eye, on cover, area restriction.Thank you.

Add a Control Area around the area on the conveyor where you want to limit the number of items:

To set the number of items in the area change the Max Allocation field:

Then use "Allocate Control Area" on the control point and select the Control Area:

Follow the same process to Deallocate the Control Area on a later decision point.

You need to use control area in version 2024.You can referemce FlexSim 2024 Beta: Allocate Control Area - FlexSim Community
