Problem with demand table

This Model worked fine until I imported a new set of demand in the 'demand' table and changed the 'trackcurrenthour' variable to repeat every 24 hours since this is a daily demand. The Sink (Terminal) is not pulling demand as it did before.

I've been trying to troubleshoot your problem with the new "demand" table, but I haven't yet been able to locate the issue. I did have an idea to change the logic of your model moving it over to Process Flow logic instead, I'll post that in the answer section.

So I'm not sure about the issue you're having with the new demand table, I haven't yet been able to figure out the issue there. But I've created a simple example similar to your model, but moving the logic to Process Flow. Feel free to take a look into it. I think something like this might be easier for you to update and maintain since it keeps the logic of the model all in one place. Obviously you'd want to create the model using the numbers and data that are relevant to your model and needs. For example changing the "Create Product" event distribution rate, and setting the "Set Time Interval" event's delay amount respective to the amount you want to pull according to the demand table. But once you've set this system in place you might find it to be simpler to manipulate the settings, tables, etc as needed.
