How can I program different process times?

My model has 3 products, each one goes through a different processor and then through an inspection in which 25% is sent back to reprocess. If the product comes straight from the source and has never been reprocessed the times are 20,22 and 24 seconds respectively. If they have been sent back, then the times are 30, 32 and 34 seconds. I know that different process times can be executed using the "values by case" option in process times. My question is, how do I label JUST the reworked items?

In the question below I understand the logic behind using labels and the options offered from the person who answered.

However, when I look at the model attached by the original poster, I see that the label is set as I = 1 in the FlowItem Bin section. Does this mean that every object in this simulation has this label? If so, how do I set a label just for the reworked items and make it be 2? Is that even necessary?

I have trouble with the first case stated by the person who answered, as that's the one I would like to apply to my model. I just don't understand how to set labels just for reworked items.

@Cindy Noemí G Please go through the tutorials that come with Flexsim. You can find those in the user manual ( menu option Help -> User Manual ) In the user manual you have a chapter called tutorials and tutorial number 5 is called "Labels". That should most likely answer a lot of your questions and help you on your way.
