Returning problem of LAN version

We have an existing client who plans to upgrade license,however they get error when returning.We usually met this problem when internet is slow and Flexsim official website can not be opened.This time the client has very good condition on Internet and they have no limitation on logging any website.

They also visit Flexsim sever ,however,their request is out of time.

Pls let us know how can we solve this problem.Thanks.

You could try posting an xml manual return request to a private question.
