Patients going to area not indicated after decision point

I have patients that are going to an area (registration) for a task after a decision point that is not the area specified in the Patient Track (Check Out Desk)-- I have checked the flowchart to make sure that these is no mistake connection and the point they are coming from (Exam Rooms) isn't connected to where they are going (Registration), I'm really unsure of how they are getting back to the registration area. Not sure what's going on 161107-flexsimproblem.png

The issue was that in the flowchart there was a connection from the exam rooms to a waiting room that accepted patients walking unattended. So if the check out desk was full they would walk to the waiting room instead.
