Where is the drag and drop for the 2-way vertical inter-floor for an AGV elevator ?
@Nivedita Ravi Please see this link, I hope can be helpfull for your model. Regards! https://answers.flexsim.com/articles/23899/agv-template-process-flows-for-161.html
The AGV module is typically a 2D plane system. You can have vertical ramps and that's it. You can have several planes with an vertical offset to represent levels. If you want that an automated guided vehicle goes to different levels you use another taskexecuter, the Elevator. And then you have to coordinate the transport tasksequence of the AGV with the lift tasksequence of the elevator. And in such a scenario the AGV is disconnected from a level plane system to a different level path system. Because the AGV is loaded to the elevator platform the drop off point is where you start the coordinated loading task. The AGV transfers into the middle of the platform while the loading process. The Drop off of the elevator depends on the offset location you add as an offset travel task to the tasksequence.
