i did a seraparator model and splitted the item in 2 queues then i changed the 3d shape of each splitted item but it is not changing

the problem is in queue 1 and 2

Sure it does, but you have a packed item with an hierarchy of sub items like a container. Only the top most is changed to a sphere. This get a stretch size equal to the previous box dimensions. The result is an ellipsoid.
