How to make patient use waiting line

In the attached model, I can't make the patients use the waiting line before registration.

I've been trying for 3 hours. I compared to another model that I built a few years back on an older version and it worked perfectly but not in this one. I compared patient flow details and flowchart and I can't find out why it doesn't work now.

A pointer would help.

You can even choose 'Standard Entrance Criteria' and select "YES" for 'Allow patients walking unattended to enter regardless of their assigned destination'. That should work and it's more "appropriate".

Thanks. I don't think I would have found it.

I think this should be the default setting however.

This used to be the default, but we purposely changed it. Setting waiting rooms to accept patients walking around is only useful in this one specific case, and is not what you want for the rest of your model. We were getting a ton of tech support cases where users said their models were behaving strangely and that patients were randomly going to waiting rooms and getting stuck. So we switched it so that for the one waiting line in your model in front of a registration desk you have to turn on this feature if you really want it, but you don't have to turn it off on every other waiting room in your model to stop patients from randomly going there.

Hello @Michael Machado, I am having exactly the same problem but with the 20.0.02 version. I do not have the option of "Allow Any Patient". Is there maybe another solution?

My model is unfortunately too big to upload.
