Output per hour by Item label value

Is there any easy way to track the output per hour statistics by a certain label value?

In the attached sample, the source is generating 18 different type of items with a label called Destination, I would like to track the output/hr by this label.

Not quite sure if this model is what you want.

I made a globaltable to count the number of different value of label "Destination" appeared. Which you can find it in the OnEntry trigger of Queue. (Sorry for not using dot syntax cause I am not familiar with it). Then I create a custom chart to display the value, you can see the pic below about settings.
