My first time with optquest

Hi,

today I used the optquest for the first time and I tested the main functionality to understand how it works. I started to read the User Manual and I created a very simple model, but I need your support on it.

I have two questions:

- in advanced option I can check "Save dashboard" and "Save state" after each replication, where do I find the results? In the folder of the model I didn't find any saved state file and clicking on the button "View Results" of Experimenter Run tab I didn't see the dashboard. Mmoreover the graph of performance measure didn't plot all value of the experiment.

- in the attached test model I obtained very strange result. My test model isn't real optimization because the variable doesn't condition the objective function, but in two different case I obtain different value. Where is my configuration error?

For the moment it's all. Thanks for the support and for any suggestion or explanation about optquest.

I attached two images to show what I see after optimization.

To answer the first question, there is a known issue, that (due to some bugs) you cannot view dashboards from an optimization. It's on the dev list already, to fix. Right now, you have to export the scenarios, and run the experimenter. For now, it just uses up memory and computation for no benefit.

For the second question, I don't know. I can't get it to happen on my computer; I get the same value for all 20 solutions. Try not saving dashboards or model state. Let me know how it goes.
